Graphics Quality Options?

Is there any way to get more graphics options in the start up window other than "fantastic?" I'm perfectly willing to lower graphics quality for a stable fps, but im not getting the option to change it.

You can lower it in the videos options. Try turning off SSAO & TAA

There are video options in game. Try turning TAA and SSAO off

I'm afraid that I dont know how to re enable it on mac Its a unity thing. I will try to find out how to fix it
