Feels really laggy?

Hello,

I just downloaded this game and I play it at a consistent 90 FPS according to Steam, but it feels really, really laggy and looks blurry! My specs: GTX 1070, i7 4770

The blurryness is gone now, though without Vsync it stills feels really laggy. And with Vsync on it has delay.

Yeah, I have reinstalled my game already. Sadly it doesn't help :(

I have the same problem. 90+ fps but it feels super choppy. When I turn vsync on it seems to be smoother, but I don't like vsync, it makes the game feel slower.

i have an 1070 and have 60fps constantly, check the SSAO

yeah similar problem here 90+ fps but looks choppy, not unplayable but a bit annoying i have to say.

Same issue on any settings. Feels like framerate drops or minor stutters, although fps-counter showing constant 90

90fps? jesus. you must have master eyesight to be able to comprehend that sort of speed...

It stutters for me as well. Very weird, looking around it's very smooth (about 100 fps on 100Hz screen), but while moving it's like the animation are locked at 60 fps or even less (the trucks moving when you jump etc) gives a headache.

OK I played a bit more, I am VERY sure the animations are locked at 60 fps. That makes it kind of very uncomfortable to play at 100fps/100Hz....because your view will be very smooth, while the trucks and everything will be stuttering like hell (actually just moving at 60fps instead of 100, so not real stutter) but the difference is enormous and it makes it uncomfortable. It's worse than having the game locked at 60fps....because to play the game properly I am forced to change the whole screen refresh to 60 so that the games renders everything in the same framerate instead of having stuff that moves at 100fps and stuff that moves at 60 while I play.....sad...
