Report a translation problem
The blurryness is gone now, though without Vsync it stills feels really laggy. And with Vsync on it has delay.
Yeah, I have reinstalled my game already. Sadly it doesn't help :(
Can I post anything so you can get more info on my system or something?

OK I played a bit more, I am VERY sure the animations are locked at 60 fps. That makes it kind of very uncomfortable to play at 100fps/100Hz....because your view will be very smooth, while the trucks and everything will be stuttering like hell (actually just moving at 60fps instead of 100, so not real stutter) but the difference is enormous and it makes it uncomfortable. It's worse than having the game locked at 60fps....because to play the game properly I am forced to change the whole screen refresh to 60 so that the games renders everything in the same framerate instead of having stuff that moves at 100fps and stuff that moves at 60 while I play.....sad...
