Why can't I play with a friend?

We have the same region

When we try to play with "+friend", it kicks us out and says something along the lines of "missing 3 dice rolls in a row."
When we spent like 4 minutes trying to get into the same table in solos, we were unable to do so and lost like 4000 credits on leaving games...

Why is it so impossible to just play with a friend...

Hello! Thank you for your report. At this moment other players have the same situation.
Please use the Send Log button in Options, so we could get system info about this problem with +friend lobby.
Please do this together with your friend, it's important to get info from both players who can't join each other.
When you send log, please add a short text with name of your friend, so we could know that these logs come from you exactly.
