Hello BT_Coach.
I have currently the same issue.
Wifi Router restartet. VPN testet.
i Also both restartet my pc 5 times, i have reinstalled the game 4 times.
I also tried to manually delete all files and cache files.
Tried to run as admin and vertyfied game files through steam.
But keeps getting stuck same place.

Any solutions?

Hello! Try to access the game when it's possible for you. There should be no problems with your game access now.

this is not the problem! I can't open after upgrading OS to windows 11

this is not the problem! I can't open after upgrading OS to windows 11

Interresting?? I could play after windows 11 but when i had an update the other day then i couldnt play???

Do you still experience this problem? We don't detect any problems with your game access from our side.
Also we did some tests and can't confirm that upgrade to Windows 11 or this system in general cause any problem with the game.
Please try to reinstall Business Tour completely.

Same problem here. Im on a win 10, I was reinstalling game like 10 timies, I was checking the files but nothing will make this game work on my pc. Need help
I have send the logfile to the support email and there is no acknowledgement or update. Everyday just trying to open the game but it said something is wrong and game closed. Wtf is going on? I have uninstall and reinstalled the game for at least 5 times but ♥♥♥♥ still don't work.
