Fix the Freeze
The problem of "frozen game" continues in the events. I have lost tickets because of this, please check and try to solve this.

Hello! Could you please add more details to your request:
1. At which moment of the match did you encounter game freezing?
2. Has anybody left the game before the game freeze?
3. What happened before the game freeze?

1. At the end of the game
2. No one left the game
3. One of the players had to roll the dice and time ran out.

same here !! one second left and nothing happens...its been more than 30 minuts i am stuck iwith the last second of the tournament...all four players are connected, we send some smileys but the game does not want to end !! AGAIN !! i had lost so many tickets for that game !! and last time, the developper told me i would get my ticket back but never got it...and today, i win the game but the game wont never end !! i have a screen shot of the bugg....i am still on the screen, hoping to have at leasst the points i got today but i am getting discouraged !!
i am tired of it !! i will stop play that game, i am getting too much frustration wioth this...trying to win tournaments seems impossible because there is always a bugg....

same thing for me...1 second left, a player roll the dice...................................and it stays like that for hours !!!! always bugg in the tournament...i will never win because there is always something going wrong !! Always a bugg....

Also, if you will encounter this situation again, don't restart Business Tour and please send us an output log file. This file(output_log.txt or player.log) is located in this directory: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\8floor\Business Tour
If log file is not there, you can find it in Business Tour installation directory.
You can copy log text here, use pastebin service or send it directly to our e-mail: businesstour.game@gmail.com

I had the same problem, even if it should be fixed with new update. Game freeze on 00:01 after the last person roll the dice. I received no reward for it, waste of time :/
Edit/more info for producent: Tournament table ae2d-4baf update 2.1.1

I just experinced the same bugg again...and i don't understand what you mean bu take log...i took a screen shot...
anyway's i am done with this game !! i am tires of al these buggs..i will buy a game that is completed..maybe monopoly ? don't know but this game is no more a game that i would play...
