Black Screen, Just purchased.

I purchased this game last night, and since installing I have had zero luck running it. All I get is a black screen. I tried choosing a lower resolution, I tried window mode, and I have restarted my computer. I'm running Window's 10 on a gaming PC that should have no difficulty with a program such as this.

**I purchased this game for a social gathering tonight. While I can easily request a refund, I'd rather fix the problem before my guests arrive.

To solve the black videos issue, you need to download a video plugin there : {LINK REMOVED}http://www.cccp-project.net/ .
It should normally solve the matter.

yeah the game is not worth anyone's time, and it has no support. total waste of money.

I am having the same issue. While the game "Let's Sing" works properly, when I run "Let's Sing 2016" all I get is a black screen...

This is how I fixed it for me. Download the latest FFDShow https://www.videohelp.com/software/ffdshow and select your windows version download. Install it. This will fix your video.
