Anyone know if there's any surprises left after beating the game? I was pretty thorough with getting everything I could before beating him, so I'm only interested in things that are either hidden so well I wouldn't even realize I missed them, or things which I can only do after beating the game.

Maybe he means things that only change after the end? I'm surprised the credits didn't just roll and kick you to the title screen, so it seems like there's something else.

You're supposed to mash the lever and then the credits appear

As far as I know, there is nothing to do after the end. You can walk around and 100% it, but no post game.
