I'm thinking of buying this game! Just one thing

Would you guys consider this game to be similar to Yume Nikki? I love Yume so if Hylics is like Yume, I'm sold.

While Hylics is cryptic and interesting with it's visuals and mild puzzling, it isn't exactly similar due to there being RPG-combat. I guess you could describe it like Earthbound.

Depends on what you mean by "similar to Yume Nikki". If you think it is close to simply being exploration by gameplay, definitely not. But they have pretty similar tones as far as games go. It's pretty cheap so if you can afford it just give it a try.

I came back just to tell you... Anyone that got into Yumi Nikki could certainly get into this one too. The community for yumi kinda had a lot of anime artwork but hylics isn't like that. I like this surreal abstract stuff more. If you're a stoner you can get into anything though
