We have developed, advertised and published Moonbase 332 as a trash game. We even know that this game is not the best but Steam has far poorer games. Moonbase 332 is probably the smallest problem.
All smaller titles have to go through the Steam Greenlight process. If a certain amount of people are interested in the game, it will be released on Steam. Very easily.
