Out of place sunglasses and black bars infront of NPC's eyes.
Is this intentional? Because seeing Paul or Bob Page with sunglasses looks out of place. Also some of the NSF guards in the liberty island tutorial level have black bars covering their eyes.

Oh forgot to mention that this is on the Directx10 Renderer.

Alright, it seems like it's a DX10 issue only, it's fixed in DX9

Turn off alpha to coverage.

That's another point for recommending and only supporting the D3D9 one.

Well, D3D9 is unplayable for me, with all UE1 games, so I have to use D3D10.

Why is that?

No idea, Deus Ex gives me a black screen when using D3D9 in fullscreen (works fine in windowed mode though), and Unreal and UT99 run at extremely low framerates with it.

Where can you do that?

Have you tried changing the resolution from the default 1024x768 to your native one? It can be done if you add -changevideo to the launch options, if you are unable to change it in-game. Don't forget to remove the launch options thing later.

However that is odd, but issues like these are bound to happen to someone. Might be an issue with your particular configuration and D3D9.

Try the enhanced OpenGL renderer (http://www.cwdohnal.com/utglr/dxglr21.zip) extract in Deus Ex\System.

Open the console (with the ~ key, in case you don't know), type "preferences", go to Rendering -> Direct3D 10 support and set AlphaToCoverage to False.

Yeah, I have the enhanced OpenGL renderer too, use it for Unreal, but Direct3D10 seems to work better on my system with Deus Ex for some reason (plus its optional HDR lighting looks nice with DX imo).

Any specific reasons why D3D9 is better than 10 with Revision? Any changes to the engine that D3D10 would bug out from?

EDIT: Except for the one shown in this topic.

Well, D3D10 is a bit slower then D3D9, it has some issues on nVidia cards and a few other random bugs like this one. Revision is already performance constrained as it is. Otherwise, no real changes in the rendering system that would affect stability of any render.
