Sound Issues

I'm experiencing several problems with the sound in this mod
First off, environmental sounds like iddle chatter can only be heard when i'm directly facing the source thereof.
Infolink messages have no sound when i'm looking up during them.
Also, the Original Music track that plays in Hell's Kitchen sounds weird, like it's missing certain notes.

Try turning down the amount of sound channels if it's set to 32, try 24.

For some reason it was set really low by default, i think it was 12.
However setting it to either 24 or 32 doesn't seem to solve the issue, instead it makes the music warp in different ways.
Tested each setting during gameplay, after loading a save, and after restarting the game.

Do you still have the problem? Did you try 24 and then turning the game off and on again?

Yes, as i said above, it's still there.

Turn the bottom three off and see how that sounds.
