Behind a locked hatch somewhere on the east side of the island. There are those smaller structures everywhere, like the one where you now get the baton right after your start at the pier, look for one of those with a hatch. It is locked, though, but I think it was locked in Vanilla as well.
Given the level of darkness (blackness) in some areas and the need to use light to see where you're going, combined with fewer biocells, repair bots are needed to recharge, and reducing both might start bordering on the tedious.
I've already found that ones that were in Deus Ex have either been moved (somewhere) or removed.
It's one thing giving fewer things that are essential in order to increase difficulty levels, but the game still has to be enjoyable, or as close to what we experienced in Deus Ex.
Still, it's early days playing Revision, so I guess I'll have to wait and see what else awaits, and it will take time to get used to this "completely different game"...
And the mini-crossbow with the tranquilizer rounds works just as well as it did in Vanilla, at least it does on Realistic. Even without a focus on training the "Pistol" skill it knocks out regular NSF and other standard enemies, but you might need to score a headshot with the first hit; there might be times when the enemy will not be knocked out but will not attack you after the poison runs out, either, as he has few health points left and you can just finish the job with the baton.
Found at least one of the stashes this way. Thanks.
Thing is, in vanilla there were two. The other right by that new guard sipping coffee right at the start. There's even a gaping hole where those med-bots used to be.
I do not remember there being two. But then again I have been at 15 med-kits for a while now. :P When playing "Realistic" difficulty you either take no damage at all, or you die almost instantly.
No problem.
Still, I'm a bit annoyed with the removal of that first stash. It was very, very easy to miss, but a really big boon during that first hour of the game or so if you didn't.
On the eastern side of the island, there is an underground bunker of some sorts. Inside this bunker there is a malfunctioning generator. This small bunker is where you can get a Clip Size Weapon Mod and a Laser Sight Weapon Mod.
The medbot is in the containers opposite the bunker entrance.

Hope this helps!
The vent cover I mentioned is apparently a destructable surface. It's odd, still, that right clicking it treats it as an interactible, though.
