Weird glitch in Ocean labs ( Can't progress)
So I ran into a weird issue at the end of ocean labs where you have to get the UC Schematics. When I get to the long ass elevator going up with the broken panel, there is no elevator to take me up there. I tried hitting the broken panel to no avail.

I believe there's supposed to be an elevator with a button that takes me up but it just didn't show up here I guess. So I'm assuming this is a glitch? Or did I miss something?

Either way I'd like to solve this. I would hate to start this game all the way over.
