2nd Ambrosia vial?

I found a vial of ambrosia hidden in a cardboard box in the ocean lab. This is not the one from the superfreaighter. I already procured that for dowd. What do I do with this? Maybe they just put it in so you could get the 'mmm...delicious' achieve,ent and still cure dowd
