Stuck in unatco, help needed!

On the fourth and final visit to unatco, escaping after capture.

I killed anna navarre at the first opportunity, way back on lebedev's plane. So she's not here. Alex jacobson gave me a key to a front door, but apparently it means some other door besides this one.

I can't get this door open. the scanners are broken, the door wont work, the panel beside it neither, cant find any buttons to open it. As far as i'm aware i've done everything and talked to everyone inside unatco HQ, its time to go, but this door is still closed

am i missing something, or has the game bugged out? How do i progress here

Wow, I thought this was a mirror or something. Kind of silly to hide it like that when the original didn't.
