Most videogames offer you AT WORST around 3-4 times that duration, of which you can keep coming back to AND when you also consider the number of people that work on a video game and how much time that they spend working on it (for many upwards of 2-3 years). Anything under $30 is a complete steal.
By the logic of paying to see a movie alone most 4-5 hour videogames should set you back upwards of $80, but they don't. They ridiculously cheap on an entertainment per hour ratio and the amount of time you get with most games for the amount of time you spend playing them is incredible value for money. Even if it is only a couple of hours every now and then.
So No. This game isn't overpriced.
