Best way to share screen and sound through Internet.

Hi there, users. Yes, i do know game is supposed to be played in front of giant TV with all friends sitting next to you and so on, but that's not possible for us and we still enjoyed playing Drawful and Fibbage through skype (unfortunately YDNJ is too hard for players, who are not Americans, but other then that, it is great as well). And we spent a great time playing every game from JPP2, but Earwax. Since Skype doesn't share sound it is pointless to play the game through it. So I wonder if anyone knows a good way to share both sound and screen with my friends.
