[Jackbox Games]

No separate app is required to play,  simply open your web browser and connect to jackbox.tv  (DO NOT USE JACKPAD)

Any device that has a web browser supporting web-sockets and HTML 5 may work as a controller for the game

Only one user can login per browser (per device)

Make sure to have cookies & JavaScript enabled on your browser (cookies will allow you to rejoin the game if you get disconnected)

Rooted or jail-broken devices are not guaranteed to work

Disable any ad/pop up blocking software (they don't always play nice with jackbox.tv)

Make sure that the following ports are set to open on your firewall and router 80, 443, 843, 38202, 38203

*If you're having frame-rate issues while streaming from XSplit, right click on the source you added to your scene, and disable Special Optimizations

*If you're having frame-rate issues while Playing on PC. Go to Settings>Power & sleep>Additional power settings>Show additional plans and choose high performance 

*Users experiencing low FPS or FPS loss after upgrading to Windows 10 may resolve the issue by disabling the Xbox DVR feature.

 If you are having trouble connecting to the games, here are some tips that will solve most issues.

-Refresh the web page

-Force quit and close the game using your console controller/PC keyboard, then re-try

-Clear the cache/cookies/history from your web browser, then force quit and close your web browser (Only do this before a game has begun)

-Power down your console/PC and wait 1-2 minutes, then power back on and re-try

-Reboot your router

We're sorry but there will be no discount. Quiplash XL features the base game, DLC Pack 1 and a additional 125 new prompts that have not been released yet!

What about adjustable timers to better facilitate streaming with substantial delays? Surely something as simple as that would not be difficult to implement. Please note I am not talking about the extended timers checkbox from Quiplash which was still not enough, but something where I could put in an exact number.

Have you fixed games not loading on Android devices with global ad blockers? Or is that still an issue? Quite annoying to have to have to disable it every time I want to play.

how is that an issue on jackbox games end? make an exception for the website and if that still doesn't work then use a proper device to play the game.

The issue is that my global ad blocker works by blocking traffic to/from known ad servicing domains. The fact that their website doesn't work means that they are making calls to known ad servers, even when there are no ads on the page.

We use Google Analytics for game stats. We're not calling ad servers but some ad blockers think GA is an ad. We know you don't wanna disable your blocker but there is no way around it, sorry!

So that's a no on the customizable timers then? Just gonna rely on twitch to speed it up on their end as opposed to being able to input the time limit ourselves? This, no discount for previous owners especially of the dlc you just released a month ago which is included in this version, plus the standard pricetag of 25 dollars does not make me very excited for this title.
