Fix for nvidea users windows 7 64 bit

I could not get this game working I had a previous thread about it but finally fixed it so I made a new thread for people in future who have same problem as me. Game and menus and videos were non stop stuttering slow motion lagging mouse barely moving unplayable but I found simple fix by accident.

I got a refund for this and bought it on GOG because I thought their version might be better but I had the exact same problem with GOG version.
But i have figured out the problem and it might help other people too.

I only figured this out because I have commandos and have been trying to get it working for months with no success. Yesterday i found a random comment in a thread that nobody tried.
I thougth it would not work as I had spent all day yesterday trying to fix commandos.
Someone suggested that if you have nvidea geforce card that to get commandos working you should open nvidea geforce experience and turn off shadowplay as that was interfering with the game.

I tried it and it worked finally commandos was working for me i havnt played it in years so i was happy.

About an hour later i thought maybe that would fix lords of the realm because it was behaving very similar to commandos. Commandos loading screen was stuttering and slow motion and if after ten mins you got into a game it was same basically unplaybale mouse cursor barely moving etc game pausing flickering just a mess.

So I tried lord of the realms 2 with shadowplay turned off. It worked perfectly. No lagging no problems worked great

Let me know if this solves anyones problems.

Sorry m8 dont got shadowplay as that is not the thing that make you fix it trust me ic not...i have ultimate win 7 64 bit and nou shadowplay at all and still some videos and music are stutering.There is nou sound on folowing.
1.He used to sey loading game but it not.
2.When i am in battle screan it usualiy seyed wuld you take feald but it not.
3.When defiting your enemiy noble (aniy all there base) the video that show them in cart moving out of city video is not there but his speach is as his or she video are stuttering.
4.When building a castle it haved a video that go frue casstle animation before it close it nau you jast select castle and there is nou video of castle hau it luck from inside.
5.When traying to pleace unit to castle but you cant as run out of capasetiy to pleace it used to sey''Your castle cant hold this maniy units etc'' but he dont nau.
Other then that game work 100%

No probs I had that problem forever that's why I put it up and also in case I forget in future lol and it works on a few old games I think even starcraft 1 any time I get that mouse problem I usually try it. I think it's mostly those old rts type isometric games it works for I think maybe kingdoms 2 was same and definitely commandos . Maybe they use sane engine or same technology

Just want to chime in, I have a GTX960 on Windows 7, 64 bit and shadowplay has not effected my game in the least bit. I've had this running like clockwork straight out of the steamsale.

maybe they updated a fix in shadowplay since i posted this i dont know

I haven't updated my graphics card since I bought the Lords pack during the steam sale. Not really sure why you had issues. Maybe your specific graphics card had an issue?

yea probably gpu issue i dont have same gpu as u
