Report a translation problem
In story mode you will be able to discover the basics of the game through a main quest with dungeons, fights and boss. Other quests are usefull to unlock recipes to craft interesting tools. You can travel to differents planets thanks to portals or if you build a spaceship. You can change the difficulty and enable the management of hunger (I personally don't think it's very hard as it is not a proper survival mode).
In creative mode you have all the materials, tools and objects of the game, even some that you can't craft in story mode. There are 3 sorts of creative modes :
