Faeria
Why do people even play deckbuilding games...
...when all they do is to netdeck in every single card game. I just started today and all i run into are damn lazy netdeckers.
These people instantly make me dislike the the game again :/ man i was so excited for this game...
Thats the reason i quit hearthstone because everyone plays the same stuff and it gets boring like hell and it is just frustrating.

Can we please have better AI and more different AI enemys so i can quit playing against such people?

Do you have to ask? Most people are unaware of their own existence.
People are just too lazy to run trial and error for hours to make perfect different decks. Spellweaver is a good TCG where you can't just purchase every card for 50$/Euro. Also is pretty much MTG and HS combined and is more f2p friendly as packs are given out easy.
I don't mind it, though I'd like to see a different game mode, seperate from "premade" decks. I think this is one area that this game should follow HS's example and allow for a draft type mode where "premade" decks aren't a thing.
Arena on HS is all deck building on the fly, its the closest you get to booster drafting and playing with made on the spot decks. Even in MTG people would net deck and just physically buy the cards, there is no avoiding it.
Draft mode is coming soon.

I don't know details, but most likely considering one of the early access bundles includes Pandora tickets.
I hate netdecks, but they're an unavoidable part of CCGs. The game would be much more interesting and varied if everyone made their own decks.

Hearthstone was really bad about it. You'd usually fight against one of four decks that only changed around once every two months. Hopefully Faeria won't become as bad that.

I'd rather fight against AIs because you get to fight against a much bigger variety of cards that way. Too bad Faeria doesn't give you any rewards for doing so.

Drafts allow you to avoid netdecks, although people still pick some cards much more often than others. You can't solely play drafts though, unless you're very good at it or are willing to pay real money regularly for entry tickets.

Thats the reason why i like HEX so much more then Hearthstone (and Faeria if it doesnt change) i can play Frost Ring Arena or now the Adventure Mode and i get rewards for it and there is enough variety in enemys deck's so i dont get bored or pissed that somebody plays the op deck "x" or "y"
You cant know that they are netdecking unless you netdeck yourself.

you dont need to, i played against 3 different people and all had the same deck 1:1 the same cards, thats no accident. I played a lot of hearthstone and when the enemy plays the first card i mostly could tell what deck it is...

why wouldnt you netdeck ?
someone already constructed a nearly perfect deck
why not use his knowledge ?

you yourself would never be able to create it or it would take you ages to make, refine and test it

its like saying
you cant live in a house unless you build it yourself
you cant eat food unless you plant the wheat, the rice or the potatoes yourself
you cant wear clothes unless youve sewn them yourself
and so on

you call them lazy, i call them smart
outsourcing the hard part of the work, when someone already did that for you

unless you are a dedicated deck designer, it makes no sense not to netdeck
except when you enjoy playing inferior decks against superior ones :/

i guess the actual root of the problem are bad cards vs good cards
as long as every card/synergy isnt equally good,
not picking the right one puts you in a losing position

combo druid in hs
2 cards =14 dmg instantly, without any board preparations

what other cards can do that ?
leeroy+ faceless = 12 dmg
arcane+ arcane = 8 dmg
swipe+ swipe = 8 dmg
etc

theres only 1 right answer, and either you use it or not
if not youll lose against it

That's why I said it's unavoidable. The players whose primary motivation is to win end up copying someone's minmaxed deck because it's the most efficient way to win. It becomes a problem when a few decks become extremely popular and end up being the vast majority you ever play against. The game is boringly repetitive when you essentially only have a few opponents to fight against. I'd prefer it if people were original with their decks, so I'd have a more varied amount of opponents to fight against.

That's true. The better balanced the cards are the bigger variety you'll see played. Hopefully Faeria will end up being balanced enough that people will want to play many different decks.
