Mouse problems

So when i start moving the mouse it feels laggy then it quickly goes to normal, in game settings doesn't fix it, what can i do?
Edit: Got a gun and now it's even worse, when enemies are on screen it's really hard to aim, can't continue playing like this

Maybe you have mouse smoothing enabled. It may be disabled with m_smooth 0 if that's the right console variable. I sadly don't own this game, but I do own the BFG Edition for Doom 3, and in that game, the way to disable mouse sensitivity smoothing is the one I provided.

Found the problem, the Logitech app was re-enabling it automatically so i just had to turn it off while playing the game.

Yeah I found disabling "Enhance pointer precision" in windows additional mouse options
fixed this issue for me
