Is there any way to reduce the loading before/after races?

Check out your hard drive disk usage in the task manager - turn down any downloads you might have while playing (in particular the Steam Downloads, they tend to take almost all of your HDD bandwidth)

Personally I used to have very bad issues in that regard. I reinitialized my Windows 10 completely, as well as having done a defragmentation, now i have much less issue when it comes to programs booting. For GRIP i'd say each race takes 10-30 sec to boot.

You can also switch to a SSD for faster loading times overall - i plan on doing that myself

I recommend the switch. Went from 2.5 minutes loading times in Witcher 3 to a max of 20 seconds when switching from a 7200rpm HDD to a cheap WD SSD. Windows boot times also decreased by 2/3. I frankly didn't believe it would have made that much of a difference, but it does. My HDD was pretty old though. I'm not sure if that makes much of a difference. I did reinstall and check loading times before switching to the SSD to get more comparable times.
