And is what you're playing on a monitor or a tv?
From what I remember, creating a DSR desktop and then launching GRIP should work.
Then add there:
100 = 100% of your native screen resolution, set it higher to your liking (i'm usually using 125% in UE4 games).
There are some potential issues to be encountered, but that depends, it's usually just fine.
From what i know, Grip has the slider implemented but it won't go beyond 100, like any other UE4 game that omits any sort of manual video settings tweaking (All Hail the horrible UE4 scalability presets and TXAA).
Added the extra line to the engine.ini file, seems to make no difference to the resolution size.
I did screenshot some of the vehicles in 4k and I must say that it looks gorgeous.

I guees i need change the ini.
edit:
I have set my Desktop to native 4k, now the game starts in 4k but after loading the intro it goes back to 1920x1080
editv2:
r.ScreenPercentage=200
Works fine, not res. 3840x2160 but is basically the same
If the game have issues detecting 4k output then contact dev and report that as a bug.
