Crashes after intro on the dialog with ivy

Hi Guys's sorry for my bad english.

but always if i play (btw try to let's play) the game it crashed allways on the first dialog with ivy. i can't say why there is no error message. just gothic 4 programm close or send it to microsoft?

can you please help me!

my system:

windows 7 sp1 64bit, amd fx 6300, 16 gb ram, ati 7850 (newest driver)
