Arcania Gothic 4 crash on start up

hello.
Yesterday i installed the arcania gothic 4 when i run through the icon it was displayed that the program stopped wroking. i reinstalled arcania... not workning.
i downloaded new drivers for nividia... not working.
maybe you also had such a problem as me adn you have repair this problem.
will you help me?

siemanko, masz jakąś rade? zmienilem na legacy i dalej crash. u mnie to wyglada tak ze sa 3 intra z firmami i jak ma sie pokazac glowne menu to wywala do pulpitu.

jezeli to nie pomoże to nie mam pojęcia co z tym zrobić.

Meh, nie działa. Próbowałem też trybów zgodności, odpalania jako admin i przełączania formatu dźwięku (innym pomagało). W moim przypadku nic nie działa a szkoda. Z tego co pamiętam na win 7 wszystko było ok (obecnie mam win10)

crashes on startup-i I have played 10 hrs but now when I come out of a cave walk down the hill towards battle field as soon as I see the Ork's the game crashes--tried everything still won't work---junk. js

This isn't Gothic 4. Do you see Gothic 4 on the title? No? Because it was removed after Piranha Bytes reacquire the rights for the franchise. This game is banned from the Gothic series and now it is a stand alone thing an have no part in the franchise. Just saying.
