Load library failed with error 1114 on windows 10

[Penetration Devastation]

Hi!
I bought this game yesterday and after installing I tried to open it but when it tries to open I get this error message that says: Load library failed with error 1114.
My operating system is Windows 10 and my graphic drivers are up to date. I am running java 64-bit also
I have tried reinstalling and rebooting but nothing has worked yet. Any ideas?

It works here on my windows 10 with java 64bits.
A problem with directX ?

Or maybe openAL ? do you have openAL installed ?

haven't heard about anyone having that error before.
I googled a bit, and it might have to do with the java version you have.
You could
- restart you pc if you didn't allready
- try disabling your virus scanner before starting.
- try using a different java version. maybe 7 instead of 8, or 8 instead of 7

This post has been few months but I founded on Google and I had to login to say thanks to my life-saver. That solution you found on YouTube made my 8 hours of disaster an absurd idea. After yesterdays Window update, not only my Steam games but also all my computer game started getting nuts and that LoadLiberty thing just keeps on poping. I tried everything including re-install all my games and FORMATING MY WINDOW. Now I find this post and I figured out all I have to do is click few buttons and say solved :(
Anyways thanks for the link. It really help a lot and I need some sleep now.....
