is there any help from anyone on this crashing thing. I get upstairs click on first sparkle area and crash back to my home screen on PC. Help please.

Just a warning for people who are going to play this... In the last part of the game (where there's snow). DON'T melt the ice on the radiator before collecting the bottle puzzle solution from behind the radiator. After you melt the ice you can't zoom in on the radiator making the bottle puzzle impossible to start and this you'll be stuck......

dear developers I have in the game when you first search for items the game shuts down!!! tried uninstalling and re-installing the game and alas it did not help!!! please pay attention and fix the problem!

Hey peeps, don't usually reach out for help with a puzzle unless it's really baffling me but I'm stuck on the light bulb puzzle where you have to pick 4 numbers in each sector. I have no idea what this is asking of me and there is nothing in my notes. Just wondered if you could give me a clue. Not asking for the solution. Just have no idea what I'm meant to do!...
