2 Imperial cities at 1 map

Hmm, Im playing on Lyon 3 city. And both Lyon and Macon are an emperial city.
Which means we have 2 queens now :D Feels a bit odd.

Is there also another level to upgrade into? To become emperor? Or is that just pre - 4.20?
And if so... at how much pop?

Uploading of save game didnt work cause file is to large. How do i make a screenshot ingame so i can upload it via steam?

Napi, is there still a 2nd stage of imperial city that gives an emporer as highest rank? And if yes, do you know the population thats needed for that?

Queen/King = Emperor... sadly there's a bug with the textfile...

No, ive had games in 4.17b that the rank above queen/king is emperor. Maybe it doesnt exist anymore but 100% sure it does in 4.17b.

Only thing i can think of is that maybe it was a mod that created the emperor rank, but i doubt it.

Indeed in "The Hansa" map i got Danzing to be imperial city, while there was already another Imperial Capital. http://www.fileshare.ro/e31217751 Here is a save

Only In specific cities (Vienna I think) can you get the title of emperor.
