Nobody is taking loans
For some reason, its been 5 playthroughs for me, in versions before 4.6 giving loans wasn't a problem at all a lot of people were coming to my bank. Rn after the update there is no soul for decades

Is any of your workers assigned to giving loans? There must be one person actively giving loans for clients to come by. The attractiveness of your bank also plays a role. You must also have enough money in your bank, and the location of your bank matters (if it's far away from people, you'll get a bit less visitors).
its a fully upgraded bank with a main character with 10 charisma and bank is right next to the market square
i started the new game it now works, but still thank you for the reply
Greetiings,

just jumping in to double down on that bug.
I have the only (dunno how it is called in english, I think it's money lender or something like that) on the map.

Regardless if I put my character or one of my clerks on loan duty, with about 10.000 gold ready to be loaned out, nobody actually takes a loan.

But what I noticed is that people go to the entrance, stand there in line for a few seconds (like when they are waiting for the church servies to start) and then just go away without taking a loan.

So I think the routine itself has a hiccup. I tested it on "Herzogtum Calenberg" and "Die Hanse" (sorry, German map names) so far.

Please tell us if there is a fix. I know the loaning money was broken in an earlier version of Renaissance, but was fixed by a mod later on.

Best regards
Adding to this issue; seems that the broker lends money just fine, but the money lender doesn't
Ok, to add to it; I put a LOT more money into my money lenders, and then they started borrowing again. Just much larger amounts.

I wonder if there is some sort of borrowing queue? So borrowing is getting chokepointed by a larger borrower, which is preventing smaller borrowers. That's the only thing I could think of to explain the behavior I've seen.
