Talking to a NPC

I have searched and searched but noone can answer it or it got deleted. The NPC have a talk sign or a ! sign on there heads. Usually, they are at the market place. How do I talk to them? Please someone tell me.

I think it's the town crier. You can pay him to "character assassinate" which I think means that he tries to undermine someones reputation but I never tried it. A yellow action appears in your action bar when you get close to him I think. Good lucK!

You have to zoom in to see the text. It will appear in boxes over their head when you next-to-max zoomed in.

Walk to the NPC with your guy, when near you will get the option to assassinate a character. It destroys their reputation. There are 3 options, and they each cost a certain amount of gold.

I can't even get through the tutorial. How embarrassing. I am suppose to talk to the people in the Market with ?s over their heads. However the tutorial doen't actually say how to do this. I've clicked on them, of coarse, but nothing happens. I need a friendly person to detail what I'm suppose to do, much like the tutorial is suppose to do but didn't. Please and thank you to all the kindly people who set up to help me.

You have to select a character before. Everytime you select one of your controllable characters you get a action bar for that character. You can then select the action "talk" to talk to the people at the market.

Dans le Tuto, ils disent qu'on peu parler au PNJ, seulement une fois dans le jeu l'icône parler n'apparaît pas dans la barre de d'action. Seul les boutons pour séduire une femme sont présent.

Salut mec. Ici il faut parler en Anglais désolé. Ils ont répondu exactement à ta question dans les messages du-dessus: L'action parler n'apparaît pas dans le jeu avec les NPG. Tu peux te contenter de les courtiser, that's all.
