not helpful at all XD
typically as i expand i upgrade my house so i can get the guild seals and sometime after that im named the guild master. ive been named a guild master with and without family holding other guild positions.
2) For some unknown reason game prefers conservatism, which means if you outbid a bit a guildmaster family which holded position for a long time the game tends to save old guild master under his position unless you overplay him at class business completely.
3) Depending on your starting setting it can be impossible for you for a quite long time (f.e. you start in big developed city as level 1 and headmaster of guild will be probably someone with several maxed building at start)
It will change a bit in Reforged.
