The Guild II: Renaissance

Nottingham Map Port for Renaissance
Easily my favourite map (aesthetically and atmospherically) for this game is The Sheriff of Nottingham from vanilla... which isn't present in map selection for Renaissance, at least for me.

I checked the world folder, it's there. Even the original file from the original game copied to the world folder for Renaissance doesn't show up for map selection in that game, unsuprisingly enough.

Does anyone know why this is? Is it not indexed properly for load from somewhere else in the file structure? Did Robin Hood steal it? I'd be grateful to know.

Should be the file DB/Maps.dbt. The map may have issues with resources or buildings that were added in Ren, but let me know if it works.

Hello, sorry for the late reply. Thank you for your help, I followed it and it seemed like it might've worked. I didn't try to see if the old vanilla map was compatible with Renaissance however, (it spat an all-caps string for the map in map selection at least) as the new map of Nottingham displays itself just fine on a fresh install.

So, either the MegaModPack delists the map (for instability?) or my last installation was corrupted somehow.

I remember reading that several of the maps were incompatible with the megamod, thus they were left out.
