My thugs do whatever I want them to do,seriously play without the megamod or legacy.
The reason why people are installing the mod because they are listening to the hype from other players which playstyle is an opinion, and you cannot go by what other's think is better. Some might not like alot of crime, and distraction in their adventures, and other's might like witch burnings or necromancers summoning the dead.
What i learned about Fajeth's modpack is he removed alot of the bugs but also changed the baseline as did Legacy but Legacy's offers alot of dark stuff where Fajth's is more lighter, and pertains to a big audience that doesn't favour violence.
I rather them both just fix the bugs, and leave the baseline alone. Just because you don't use a mod doesn't mean vanilla sucks or doesn't allow you to have fun,and play to the end. I thought this at first until another player told me I didn't have to play with mods, and I can have even more fun just playing vanilla, and enjoying the features that were in the game to start.
I can see see if TG2R had gamebreaking bugs like they do in TG3,which atm is not playable, and has a long way to go before we can play a game to the end. I played 5 games on Guild2R lately to the end,and I really didn't come across bugs or gamebreaking issues that caused me to not be able to finish a scenario or dialogue. I learned I don't need mods to have fun
What is great about playing vanilla is you will never complain that something is missing that should of been in the game. Forget the spinning carts, and minour bugs, and you won't need mods.
Stop being so wishy washy and picky over one little glitch that can be fixed in a save game. Be patient
Try to ignore the narrow minded idiots who seem to think everyone should do, and think, the way they do. There is nothing wrong with using a mod and reporting a bug/error with the mod. I searched 'thug bug' and found this post. So thank you for posting it. At least now I know it's a bug that is not exclusive to my game. I can work around it.
The whole game is a disaster now,and always been because the devs didn't put much time into it which could of been a wonderful and unique game.
I played it for 6 months, and quit after realizing the game is terrible as far as bugs, and features that exist but don't work. The banking and pawn feature is there but doesn't work so what's the point in even having it in the game ? I can pick a scholar but I can only pick so many careers because they don't all work.
Than we have two mods that removed some of the base game, and either a perfect economy without shenanigans or added shenanigans with a terrible economy, and trade route that doesn't even work right without having to manually send your carts yourself.
Instead of just fixing the bugs they had to be arrogant, and rewrite the whole game to their liking, and a not all of us care for these features. Adding food that gives you one skill point was absurd lol You will get way more skill points just sweeping a tavern floor over eating food every 2 hours lol
Just leave the base game and fix the issues lol
Also the Guild3 is a disaster so don't even waste your money until we know it is ready and fixed.
