lots of stuttering / tearing when moving camera around

yea the game i old bud i will play it again now i have the problem with stuttering cam i can cap the fps on 60 in the wattman from amd bud then the sceen is tearing i love this game i want to play it agein bud no idia how :) sorry for my english im from germany

i have a Radeon RX 580
and i played with the latest patch 4.211

If you are using the beta 4.211 on steam, dont. Its already part of the base game, it just still says version 4.21. Reinstall the game but dont use any beta

i have try the normal version with no beta bus nothing change the same problem

Welche Auflösung bei welchem Monitor? Mit den Ingame-Grafikeinstellungen rumgetestet, z.B. Schatten abgeschaltet? Wozu die FPS begrenzen?

Spiele auf 3k, alle Settings auf max und abgesehen von der etwas hakeligen Cam (ist normal) keine Probleme (1080ti).

Würde es auch mal mit einer Mod testen, Legacy (teste ich heute selbst) oder das Mega Mod Pack (nicht wirklich zu empfehlen, aber scheint auch bei der Performance etwas zu bringen).

Try switching fullscreen to whatever or vice versa.

jop hab schon alles hoch und runtergestellt und umgestellt es liegt nicht an den grafik einstellungen spiele unter 1920x1080 und so funktioniert es ja auch komplett normal bis auf das wen ich die kamara bewege es sehr hakkt und die kam durch die gegend wirft das mit dem fps limitieren is gerade dafür das die kam nicht so rumspinnt funtioniert auch bis auf das ich dan sreentearing bekomme ^^ mein bruder hatt auch das selbe problem bei ihn funst nicht mal das fps limit

Have you tried turning off vsych and shadows and lowing other graphic settings, like view distance

Maybe it's an input problem. Lower your mouse dpi could help, seriously.

(Mehr konnte ich zu dem Problem auch nicht finden, außer dass es an der Frequenz des Monitors liegen kann oder eben halt an der Maus, würde die dpi auf das Minimum runterschrauben).
Alternativ gibt es ja noch die config.ini und wie vorgeschlagen Mods, die auch die Cam(paths) ändern, könnte helfen. Die Legacy Mod kann ich jedenfalls empfehlen.
