You can choose the production manually then set your carts to go to the market/farm once a day to get/purchase the ingredients and deliver them at your inn.
Now the only issue is having the AI put the items you make in the sales stock. Sometimes it does it, sometimes it doesnt so you will probably have to manually restock.
You don't seem to understand that in the Mod the AI buys food from the normal stock for a much higher price than from automatic generated sale stock sales, it even shows the sells in a own balance sheet. You really should do your homework before sh..-talking
I actually did download your mod and really enjoy it. It's making the game more playable (I'm still having a lot of trouble getting into the game, just maybe not right for me, but your mod makes it much more enjoyable).
