Help, I am stuck at title Baron!

Whenever I reach the title Baron and try to buy the title "Count", I am told I do not possess the demanded reputation on the Imperial Court, however I have surpassed the demanded amount of reputation already and also own enough money to buy that title twice.

Still, no matter how often I try, how many sessions I've replayed, it won't work.
The highest title to reach is Duke/Prince though...it must be possible somehow, but how?

Do you guys have any solution for that problem?

There's "guild fame" and then there's "imperial fame" - are you sure you have enough of the latter?

Yes, I do, above 260 imperial fame on both, family and character.

May it be because I am using Fajeth's ultimate mod of Doom?
