The best map in this game!
When you trade counting house goods you can raise a ton of money really fast...

In 4 seasons you get to buy all the business for sale, a mine a woodcutter included. Theres no challenge at all!

I love playing in nova map. I got everything in Dusseldorf, became the mayor and a baron with my first character... and then it gets... boring.

Thats why the real challenge is playing in a map without counting houses.

Lyon, Macon and Belley is probably the hardest map. It has the most rivals (16 dinasties) and no counting houses. If you dont play a mercenary rogue, being sucsessful in this map is a real challenge.

To add to that, this map also has some supply issues early on. Iron, charcoal and wood can become really scarce in the first years making it a crafter nightmare! There is no fruits, or honey supply either.

Specially with that robbers nest... the road between Lyon and Macon is a dread one, those robbers prosper and ruin the economy with impunity!

Also, Lyon tends to have 3 thieves dens and lots of pubs, its very violent and even worse then Cologne... If you want to earn xp by slaying rogues, prostitues and thugs, that city is probably the best. Also, a great place for hushing money.

Unless you run a mercenary or a graveyard keeper, Lyon is the greatest challenge :P.
