THE GUILD 2 PLATINUM
Does anybody know if the TG2 Platinum actually contains The Guild2? I have platinum and I dont see the original game ,The guild 2 , in the package, just Venice and European Seas.

Never heard of this release before but did a quick search and found that it's sold on Green Gaming and yeah, it comes with Pirates of the European Seas and Venice only. If you want the full collection, look for The Guild: Complete Collection http://www.mobygames.com/game/guild-complete-collection for retail only (be aware that the page specifies that beside the games it also has some extra stuff but I have that exact box and it only has the disks and nothing else, probably different releases) and The Guild Collection (I think this one comes with a Steam key) but it doesn't have Venice (not missing much, that add-on is a joke) http://www.mobygames.com/game/guild-collection

Btw I did look more into this release and I found it on Amazon too and here it specifies that is also includes The Guild 2 (standalone version) https://www.amazon.com/The-Guild-2-Platinum-Download/dp/B008DW983W so I guess people on Green Gaming don't even know what they're selling :steamfacepalm:
So maybe you actually have it :steamhappy:

I just spoke with one of the guys at gamesplanet.com (where I purchased it from)and asked him if TG2 came with TG2Platinum because the package I have didnt have it and he said that he saw what I meant when I told him TG2 is NOT a standalone in that platinum package and that its supposed to be! So he's talking with the developers now about why its like that. AND, since I brought it to his attention that TG2 is not standalone in that package, he offered it to me for FREE! YES! so now I do have TG2......man, today was a good day :steamhappy:

It's really weird that these kind of sites could make such a mistake, I mean come on, they have the cover of the box, it shows 3 games :))
