Equipment for Players and Transfer Market?

Im not sure since i didnt play BB2 for a wile but wast there a way to Buy better Equipment for the Players at certain levels? Like Boots or Shoulderpads and such stuff?

Another point is: I remember i sometimes didnt buy a nother limited Player because at some point of the Game (Singleplayer) i could buy a higher level Player from the Transfer Marked who already got some skills. And i also could sell them.
Now it seems i only can fire them and buy total newbies.

Are this stuff missing because its only a Beta? Or was is all features of the First Game?

I just got a Witchelf Girl killed and i would like to buy a new one but already at level 2 or maybe 3. Is this possible at some point of the Game? Maybe when the league im playing right now is finished?
And is there still a armorshop or something to buy better equip for my favorite players?

I cant find it. I hope someone could explain that to me. Thanks.

I remember that you could buy better equipment in BB1. You haven't been able to purchase equipment at any time in BB2.
As for purchasing a higher level player. I believe you can get a Mercenary with petty cash. He isnt a star player and I'm not sure if he stays with the team.
