Menu bug

Im having this weird glitch where when i load up the game its normal right. But just before i get to the title screen it goes black on me and i waited for a whole 4-5 hours or so and it still didn't load up i tryed restart my computer i tryed closeing the game and reopening it but it still didnt work. I dont know what to do but if someones please tell me how to fix it. Anyway ima go watch some spiderman
