Level design is nice and simple, so she's probably not going to get lost or get stuck at some point, unless things get significantly different in the late game, but I doubt they would change their design that much.
As far as humour goes, I think the game is pretty safe so far. Albeit I'm not sure how I feel about human farmer being married to a pig since that's beastiality, but a kid will probably just find that silly and won't think much about it.
