Vsync?
Game has no vsync for me. The tearing makes it difficult to play without getting headaches and nausea. I tried activating it via CCC but it makes no difference. Anyone managed to get it to work?

Have you experimented with all the Texture-Filter settings?
Tried different screen resolutions..?

Still getting tearing..?

I tried everything. The only thing that fixes it, is playing in a window... but if I do that, I'm limited to a pretty crappy 800x480 resolution (or at least, it looks like that) and stretched. It's not a very good idea.

If it works in windowed-mode, then wouldn't you want to set the game to the native resolution of your monitor? Does the game have a screen resolution option that matches your monitor's native resolution? (e.g: mine is 1920X1080)

No, for whatever reason, windowed mode only lets me use that one crappy resolution.

I got it working both through the Nvidia CP, and by manually updating the games cfg file (both methods worked on their own).

Try looking for this file "%steam_install_dir%\steamapps\common\Chaser\Save\Users\default.cfg". Change the value for "VerticalSync" from 0 to 1.

It worked, thanks! I also found a line to lower the weapon swaying, which should help a lot too.

That option is actually in the in-game settings menu under the Player Settings sub-menu

Damn. I seldom get "carsick" (nausea) playing games, but I do playing this one!

I hoped it was the annoying trembling in the escape-from-the-space-station sequence that did it, but no. nVidia setting vertical sync to always on helped with tearing, but not with nausea. Also turned head bobbing and weapons swaying down to no avail. I'm not too sure what is causing this. Is there some kind of mouse smoothing going on maybe? Not sure if that would cause it, but movements seems a bit lagging and smoothed, so maybe?
