Multiplayer Has Died?
There are no servers showing for me. Is there no one playing MP anymore, or are the servers just gone?

The Chaser Multiplayer is not dead, you will not see any servers through the original game, that's because the contract between Jowood and Gamespy expired, and the master server is down.

We replaced this master server with our own, visit http://www.chaser-game.net/ to view the list of servers! To play on them, you would need to download our community developed app called the CGP Launcher, you'll find it on this website.

But still, when I go on the website, I have never seen either of the two servers have people in them. Is the website wrong, or does no one play?

Almost everyone in the small multiplayer community live in Europe, so you'll see people playing in the evening (GMT 5pm onwards). Also, the majority play on servers running on the demo version of the game since the maps are identical and the demo is just a ~150mb download, you can find a download link for that on our site too!
