Ok this has been bugging me

I noticed in a few cutscenes the voice actor for "Mr. John Chaser" himself is different. Taking on a more raspier, "stereotypical cheesy action movie protagonist" type voice. Which imo, while not really that much better than what we have in the game currently, it would still be at least a tad more entertaining than the current personality-less wooden board of a voice chaser has.

The voice was also used in the OST released by cauldron

So it had me thinking, are all the voicelines in game originally place holders, and they were intending on redoing the voicelines with the voice that's present in the examples and they either ran out of time, budget, or f***s to give to actually do it?

Cause it really seems like that's the case.

It wouldn't surprise me since Chaser seems to be half-finished.
