Mayu route help

Anybody know what are the main decisive points for this?
I've tried going for as many Mayu options as possible whenever they show up, but I always seem to come to forced stop once I reach either of two scenarios where the main character either has a terrible first date at the cafe, or Mayu comes to the main character's house to practice for her confession to Shou.

i don't know about the first scenario you got,but the second scenario leads to Mayu's route

I did reach that scenario, but it didn't work for me, Shou & Mayu still got together.
