Campaign "A new beginning" help

Hello everyone! I have looked everywhere for this and cant find anything, maybe i am just blind. I am doing the very first "mission" where you have to make Claus' life not suck. I need to dive down to the waverider ship wreck but cannot seem to find it? I have gotten all the way to the part where i go to dive (fishing shack is now a smokehouse, i hold office as city mayor, and have completed all quests in the diary) and i have nothing showing me where to go and have tried randomly going around to the fishing spots and diving but to no avail. My log says simply "the shipwreck is located off the coast of Danzig within a few paces". Am i missing something?
