Lorelei and other quest help on Arete

This guy doesn't explain how to actually give the cookie over or where this cage is supposed to be. My biggest issue is that Polly lands for like a tenth of a second before flying off again.

If i recall correctly he sometimes land for a bit longer when u click on him,still there is no much time to strike conversation with him,if you do you need drag cookie to window there like you did with othrs npcs wchich wanted an item from you then you pick him using cage ,im not absolutely sure though ive did it ages ago last time.

it is not joke lol ,as i said or you need open conversation window or there will be option to give him cookie in conversation itself ,then u pick him and combine him with cage .

Ye, but thing is, Lorelei isn't even giving me a quest. I don't have a quest to get the bird and no cage. I've only done the id quests so far and have one guy left before I leave.

i think its mandatory to do lorelei quest ,to get complete ID card maybe there are methods to bypass it though i always followed normal quest line.
If she wont let you quest you prolly missed something in quest chain.

Damn, and someone gave me two of those Original Electronicum pistols for free too, from the last guy I was playing. I just looked up that non froob quest and found out that's where those came from.

be sure to have your basic engineer pistol ,you can upgrade it later to very interesting versions wchich will buff your skills,also try make money and buy this buffing library stuff from clan or omni shops iirc you are unable to get it later in game :) also set of levelling armour is good for start .

Ey, so Remi Gallois sells the Electronicum anyways? I thought it was a quest reward.

A player was kind enough to set up a dedicated bot to give lots of info for Arete.
Try "/tell Aquest help"
I thought that bot spoke in OOC periodically so new players would know it existed?
Also, for help outside the scope of Arete Landing, there's a bot much older than Arete itself
