Warning for people with paid accounts

Since Anarchy moved to Tencent, close to all support (technically and financially) stopped.
I have 3 paid accounts and for all 3 accounts the full amount of a 1 year subscription was deducted from my CC, while all three accounts still were blocked for "not paid"
The average time you have to wait for an answer from support is almost 9 months(!)
That is how long it took them to reply to the same payment issue last year.
So wanna play AO? Stay froob or be prepared to lose money without anything in return.
(and yes i contacted support back in october when the subscription was paid by CC and so far no response and no active account)

this has nothing to do with tencent.

funcom did those things already years ago, i had several payments for secret world marked as not paid, or beeing double dipped, and a friend of mine had several issues with age of conan in the exact same manner.

so its on funcom as usual, not tencent.

That's why I always pay with Paypal. It did happen to me before and paypal helped me in 16 days or something like it. Better than waiting almost a year i guess... Funcom should just die. I understand they dont care about supporting their games... but they dont even care about their paying customers, so f them! Not to mention that i have to pay 17.19 Eur for 1 month of sub for a dead game...
