I recommend NT. You can solo kite, or be very helpful with all the nanobuffs to others. DPS isn't too bad either, in fact a proper NT can be the most damaging build outside of some really expensive setups.

I'm a returned vet too, i quit the game with my 2 paid accs in 2012, came back as froob when AO came to steam.

I would love to play my paid accs again but the sub price is ridiculous.

Anyway if you're omni and need a great org with helpful, friendly people give this a go.

Ok question on the First Inplant??
it says buy an Shiny Agility Leg. Yet when i go to put it together it says i need a Level 8 Cluster.
So how do i Level up the Cluster or do i have to farm till i have the 18K+ to buy the Level 50??

I can't say about the tutorial, but i know tradeskilling. Clusters have to be at least 82-86% of the implant QL. You can't "level" clusters or items, only buy a higher QL one, but you should be able to find a wide range of QL <50 in basic shops.

I would advice you not to bother with tradeskilling unless you're playing a tradeskiller (mostly engineers), because it won't help you. Even tradeskillers don't build their own implant sets at the beginning, because you'll need a lot of skills that will suck your IP from useful skills.Moreover, you want to aim at the highest QL you can wear, often higher than your own lvl (i managed to poke QL 96 implants on a lvl 25 froob toon), so even if you're tradeskiller, you won't be able to build such high QL implants.

Most of time, better ask a high lvl engineer to build your implant set, though it's not useless to know how to build them, so you can buy yourself your implant/clusters.

If you're not planning to tradeskill, i would advice to skip this part. Sorry i can't help you with tutorial though.

Join a decent sized org, they should have tradeskillers. One of them will be happy to do it for free, usually, just give them a bag full of the empty implants and the clusters you want in them. Do note that if cluster is of higher QL than implant, the resulting implant QL will be 1-4 QL higher than the empty, sometimes this is undesirable.

If you just want clusters put in implants, even a NT can swing that usually.

Mp and NT won't be able to make implants with Jobe cluster, it requires more skills than just NP. It's much easier for engi and traders.

If you have access to Jobe, you're better off with symbs.
